Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their order up until it has been dispatched. After that stage we are unable to cancel the order for you but you will have the option of returning the item(s) back to us once it has been received.

If you wish to make a return, please provide Wazobia African Market with written notice via email to info@wazobiaafricanmarket.com within 14 working days of receiving the goods. You will not be charged for the cancellation of an order, but will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods, and have duty of care for the goods during the cancellation period.

You will not be entitled to this cancellation period should the item(s) being considered for return be something that deteriorates quickly or has a limited expiration date. These non-refundable goods are defined under the term “perishable food and drink.”

Cancellation will only be accepted upon return of goods to Wazobia African Market (at 16203 Westheimer Road, Suite 160 Houston, TX 77082) within 14 days after the written notification. Items must be returned to us in their original condition and we reserve the right to make a charge for recovering the goods, if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

Once we have received the goods we will process your refund back onto the same payment method used at the time of purchase; after your refund has been processed please allow 5 working days for payment to be credited.

In the case where the goods you have received are damaged or defective; please email us at info@wazobiaafricanmarket.com with an image of the product(s) attached. If the image that you send proves the product to be damaged or under quality, we will refund you the price of the product excluding shipping. We may in certain instances request for the faulty goods to be mailed back to our nominated address before a refund can be processed, in such cases the cost of shipping will be the responsibility of Wazobia African Market.

For quality control purposes we advise our customers to open and inspect their goods as soon as it is received. If for some reason you are unhappy with your order please reach out to our Customer Services Team at info@wazobiaafricanmarket.com as soon as possible so that they can work on a solution for you.
